Starbond Affiliate Program

By checking the box to join the Starbond Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

1. Enrollment & Participation

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Starbond may accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Upon acceptance, Affiliate may promote Starbond products solely to earn commissions on qualified purchases.

2. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliate is an independent contractor.

No employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture is created.

Affiliate has no authority to bind Starbond.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, email marketing (CAN-SPAM), and FTC disclosure requirements.

Affiliate must not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Starbond or its products.

4. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are performance-based and subject to the current commission tier structure.

Commissions are paid only on first-time customer purchases.

Orders that are refunded, canceled, charged back, or otherwise unqualified are not commissionable.

Discount codes are one-time use per customer and may not be stacked or reused.

5. Payments

Commissions are paid monthly on the first Friday of each month for the prior month’s qualified sales.

A 30-day holding period applies to all commissions.

A $50 minimum payout threshold is required.

Starbond may withhold or reverse commissions resulting from violations or invalid activity.

6. Approved Promotion & Channels

Affiliates may use approved links, creatives, and discount codes provided through Refersion.

Promotion is permitted on Affiliate-owned websites, email lists, and approved social media channels.

Email promotions must be sent on Affiliate’s behalf and comply with CAN-SPAM laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Post links or codes on coupon, deal, or aggregation sites

Submit codes to browser extensions or deal tools

Engage in cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or attribution manipulation

Use misleading links, fake buttons, or deceptive placements

Promote on websites that contain or promote illegal activity

8. Paid Advertising (PPC)

Paid advertising is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.

Affiliates may not bid on Starbond trademarks or variations.

Direct-linking to Starbond from paid ads is prohibited.

9. Coupon Rules

Only codes issued through the Program may be advertised.

Codes may not be shared on public coupon or deal platforms.

Circumventing coupon restrictions or requirements is prohibited.

10. Self-Purchasing & Related-Party Purchases

Affiliates may not purchase through their own affiliate links or codes.

Commissions on personal, household, or related-party purchases are prohibited.

Bulk purchasing for resale using affiliate tracking is not allowed.

11. Intellectual Property & Linking

Affiliates may only use approved Starbond assets and links.

Affiliate sites may not copy, frame, or mimic Starbond’s website.

Use of Starbond trademarks in domain names or subdomains is prohibited.

12. Tracking & Attribution

Tracking is handled via Starbond’s systems and third-party platforms.

Starbond does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free tracking and is not liable for tracking failures.

13. Affiliate Status & Termination

Affiliates must remain active and compliant to earn commissions.

Inactive accounts may be deactivated.

Starbond may suspend or terminate participation at any time for violations or non-performance.

14. Program Changes

Starbond may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Disclaimer & Liability

The Program is provided “as is” with no warranties.

Starbond is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed commissions paid to Affiliate in the prior six months.

16. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box and joining the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
